NOTE about refilling HP 932, 933, 950, 951 ink cartridges:
Your printer will not display the ink level of an original HP cartridge that has been refilled, but it will still print so long as there is physically still ink remaining in the cartridge. However, if ever a cartridge does become physically completely empty, the printer will display an "Ink Cartridge Depleted" error and refuse to print, even if that cartridge is then refilled. If this occurs, the only way to reuse that first cartridge is to install a second one temporarily and then reinstall the first. The second cartridge can be a brand-new original cartridge or another refilled cartridge. Therefore, if you only own a single set of ink cartridges, it will be essential to closely monitor the amount of ink in the cartridges so that you can refill them before they run completely dry. On the other hand, if you own two or more sets of cartridges, this is not a concern.
NOTE about refilling HP 952, 953, 954, 955, 956, 957, 958, 959, 962, 963, 964, 965, 966, 967, 968, 969 ink cartridges:
In order to successfully refill these printers, it is absolutely essential to own two sets of cartridges. Once your first cartridge becomes "Depleted," remove it and install the second cartridge. The second cartridge can be a brand-new original cartridge or a different refilled cartridge. Once that second cartridge becomes "Depleted," you can reinstall the first cartridge. Later on, when that cartridge becomes "Depleted," you will reinstall the other one, always alternating between your two cartridges. Note that you must only refill the cartridges once they have run completely dry, and the "Cartridge Depleted" message has appeared onscreen, never sooner.
